kieron's gonna be one!

and we are gonna throw a grouch party :D

not precisely like this one though




we are gonna eat 'mud cake' though, and would've had a grouch sundae bar (that is, salad!), but we aren't gonna do a meal, just snacks.

i didn't send out actual invites, since it's just a casual little party, with only our close family  -mine and Luke's. I say  'close family' but that means we could potentially have 21 people, with just us, our parents and our siblings, (that includes one sister in law and one 'girl')  - with large families, a family-only party can get big fast :D
anyways, i'm keeping it casual, so i just sent out an email - I did make this little picture to put in the email about the party:

Party is this weekend and i am excited! and kinda busy :)  life keeps me busy enough, anything extra sends us spiraling a wee bit crazy. I'm keeping it as simple as i can, though :)

oh, and Luke's birthday is today! happy birthday, Luke! he's as old as me again :D
